These Terms govern your use of the Vaitu platform operated by Vaitu at https://vaitu.vercel.app. By accessing or using Vaitu you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vaitu. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Vaitu helps you discover local businesses in Lisbon and London through an interactive map and an AI assistant, and connect with those businesses via portal, email, or other channels. Discovery results draw on third-party data (including Google) and may be incomplete or inaccurate; we do not guarantee any particular business, availability, or outcome.
You agree not to:
If you represent a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that listing information is accurate. Verification is an optional paid feature; a verified badge indicates a completed verification subscription, not an endorsement or guarantee by Vaitu.
Business verification is billed as a recurring subscription processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Fees are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. Subscriptions renew automatically; if a renewal fails, the verified status may be suspended until payment is resolved. You can cancel at any time, and except where required by law fees already paid are non-refundable.
The AI assistant generates responses automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided for convenience only and is not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
Vaitu and its software, branding, and content (excluding third-party and user content) are owned by Vaitu and protected by applicable law. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a licence to host and use it as needed to operate the service.
Business data, photos, and map tiles are provided by third parties such as Google and remain subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaitu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using Vaitu at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The effective date is shown above.
